The Board along with many of the members of LPEHOA decided to put up security cameras at the pool house after the Annual General Meeting. There had been many complaints of excessive noise, threatening behavior from users at the pool, and trash being left behind including alcohol and drug paraphernalia and we hope that with increased monitoring of the area, we can identify individuals who may be trouble making.
If you notice any trouble, please contact a member of the board ASAP so we can review the tape and see what can be done.
