Repairs/Exterior Renovation Form - to request work done on common areas around your house or for renovations approval please fill out this form and submit it to las.palmas.estates.hoa@gmail.com or return it directly to an HOA Board member. If you download it, you can fill out the form in Adobe, print, then sign the form.

Expense Report - to request reimbursement for work done for the HOA, please fill out this request and return it to the HOA Board for approval.  

Release of Liability - for vendors to do work for the HOA who do not carry liability insurance and/or worker’s compensation, and may not have the requisite licenses. Please fill out this form and return to the HOA board for approval prior to beginning work.
