Pile driving has officially begun on Orangethorpe/Tustin.
I contacted Tresa Oliveri and asked about sound walls which they put up at Orangethrope/Chapman bridge but did not put up on Tustin.
Here's her email from this morning:
"I was checking with technical staff. According to the engineer, they estimate that the work being done will not generate noise that will be above the acceptable levels. The work will be monitored and if the measures they are taking are not sufficient, the work will go forward until further mitigations are in place."
