OCTA was under the impression that both lights were out. When the solar lights arrived from the manufacturer, there were pieces missing from the assembly to attach it to the pole, leaving one complete set. Since only one was working, they decided to mount it to the pole closest to your entrance, thinking that would offer the most benefit.
The missing pieces for the other light is expected to arrive this week and then the light will be installed.
In case you hadn’t heard, last week’s meeting between the city and OCTA was moved to this week.
