As you well know, Orangethrope to State College was closed recently. There were no construction notifications from OCTA as to the exact date this would happen and the electrical Orangethrope Closure sign is located well after the Tustin/Rose intersection leading to many people making dangerous U-Turns or driving into our neighborhood hoping for a pass-thru.
