Lack of updates

Sorry about the lack of updates on this website. We're going to try to do better to keep you informed.
But the Board is hard at work and moving on several projects even if they seem like they are slow.

Vehicles in Las Palmas Estates

Although the streets (Curie, Pasteur, and Salk) in Las Palmas Estates are privately owned streets (owned by the association), they are still subject to California Vehicle Codes and any local laws as well.

Recently, there were a few cars that were ticketed, and one was for parking in front of a driveway. Unfortunately, this means that cars parked in front of their own driveways can also be ticketed. Click here for the California Vehicle Code.

If you have any questions you can contact the Placentia Police Department to answer more specific questions. I spoke to CSO Kaplan at (714) 993-8175 and she answered all of my questions.
