The meeting will take place at the Clubhouse on Saturday, October 26, at 9 AM.

We've had to reschedule the meeting b/c we did not have a quorum for the last meeting. Please attend and please send in your ballots or drop them off at Lynne's house before the meeting.

If you have not mailed in your ballot yet, please drop it off at 1163 Curie Lane by Friday night, October 11, 2019. We need 20 ballots for a quorum so please turn it in ASAP.

New Paint Colors!

If you are looking to repaint your house, we have newly approved paint colors!

In order to maintain a uniform look to the homes, these are the only colors that will be accepted. Homes painted outside of these selected colors will need to be repainted at homeowners expense. 
You may not select the exact same colors as your direct neighbor to either side. 

1) Select one trim color and one color for the stucco

2) Send your choices to the board via email for approval. Include your name, address, phone number/email, and trim and stucco color selection.

3) After receiving approval from the board, paint your house! 

These are colors of Behr Paints from Home Depot and readily available. Click the hyperlink to preview colors on Home Depot's website. We highly recommend you take this list and visit Home Depot in person to view the paint chips or get samples as colors on a monitor may not reflect real world conditions. All exterior paints for stucco and trim should be flat paint.

There is a board meeting Monday August 12 7pm at the Clubhouse. All residents are welcome to attend.

Call for candidates!

If you would like to participate on the HOA board, submit your info on the Call for Candidates form and send it to Regent CMC. Elections will be happening soon so get it in as soon as possible if you would like to join.
