There are reports that several vehicles in our neighborhood were broken into last night/early this morning.
Please make sure to lock your vehicles, homes, and secure any personal belongings outside.
If you see any suspicious individuals or a crime in progress please call 911 immediately.

Vehicles in Las Palmas Estates

Although the streets (Curie, Pasteur, and Salk) in Las Palmas Estates are privately owned streets (owned by the association), they are still subject to California Vehicle Codes and any local laws as well.

Recently, there were a few cars that were ticketed, and one was for parking in front of a driveway. Unfortunately, this means that cars parked in front of their own driveways can also be ticketed. Click here for the California Vehicle Code.

Upcoming meetings

Sorry for the lack of updates, life got out of hand.

We do have an HOA meeting coming up Thursday, January 26th at 7:00 PM at the pool house. Residents are welcome to attend. Hopefully we will have some info regarding the status of the construction.

Our annual general meeting is scheduled for Saturday, February 25th at 2:00 PM at the Pool house and we hope that all residents can attend.
